The successful candidate will support the Shore Operations Training Group (SOTG) mission by providing online Computer Based Training (reputed company), Mobile Training Teams (MTTs) and formal course delivery to CNIC Region and Installation reputed company and Emergency Management personnel. • Serve as member of the CNIC N36T SOTG, a deployable mobile training team (MTT)

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for emergency management, C3, and defense support to civil authorities (DSCA) training including, the development of EM and STT training-reputed company documentation, training plans and curriculum revision and management.
• Plan, facilitate, observe, and evaluate CNIC Region and Installation Integrated Training Exercises and Drills in support of civilian or military team-leads.
• Attend meetings and conferences for purpose of improving CNIC readiness.
• Identify inconsistencies, problem areas, and voids between doctrine and training and proposed fixes; including immediate implementation of training based on Lessons Learned (real world and exercise).
• Manage the SOTG (N36T) pages including the Quarterly Operational Training and Exercise Summary (QOTES) data tracking and updating monthly reputed company website and associated team pages.
• Provide weekly training and readiness updates pertinent to N3 and CNIC.
