Job Description

Teleperformance is currently seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our global team. As a Customer Service Representative, your role will be vital in providing top-notch customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. Responsibilities ? Handle inbound customer service inquiries via phone, email, and chat ? Provide accurate and efficient assistance to customers ? Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner ? Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system ? Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to efficiently address customer inquiries ? Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution ? Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to exceed their expectations Requirements ? High school diploma or equivalent ? Prior customer service experience preferred ? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written ? Excellent problem-solving abilities ? Ability to multitask and navigate through various systems simultaneously ? Comfortable working remotely and independently ? Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends ? Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus
