Position Duties & Responsibilities Gather and document business & technical requirements Support EDI/API integration projects from testing through implementation Create functional specs, process documentation, and test cases Coordinate end-to-end testing with clients, carriers, and internal teams Communicate project updates, timelines, risks, and go-live activities Partner with developers to deliver reliable, supportable solutions Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of Business Analyst or Technical Analyst experience Experience with EDI/API integrations Background in transportation, logistics, or supply chain preferred Knowledge of XML, flat files, and EDI standards Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills & Qualifications SDLC knowledge ServiceNow / ITIL experience SQL experience AI/GenAI workflow automation experience Proficiency in Excel, Visio, and Microsoft Office What’s in it for you?
