They are seeking a Senior Staff Product Marketing Manager who will drive marketing initiatives for engineering solutions, focusing on product messaging, market analysis, and sales enablement.

Responsibilities

• Delivering value-based messaging for select Ansys Structures products (including Sherlock, Sound, nCode Design Life, etc.) to prospective customers, existing customers, and partners in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
• Participating in go-to-market planning, including market sizing, customer segmentation, channel partner coverage, and supporting regional sales alignment for global campaigns
• Maintaining a strong understanding of the competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities and differentiate Synopsys solutions from competitors
• Developing and delivering comprehensive sales enablement collateral such as customer-facing presentations, use cases, battle cards, case studies, and solution guides
• Creating and executing marketing plans and lead generation campaign kits aligned with business growth objectives and key global initiatives
• Managing the launch and marketing execution of new features and product releases as part of the bi-annual release cycle
• Owning the development of all marketing collateral, including web content, product videos, technical assets, data sheets, blogs, and other solution-oriented content in partnership with Corporate Marketing
• Coordinating with field and digital marketing teams to ensure effective promotion and targeted lead generation programs that meet sales needs
• Tracking and reporting on business unit-related leads, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and measuring ROI at all stages of the customer journey
• Managing complex, multi-product marketing campaigns with a global reach

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in product marketing for engineering or software products, ideally within CAE or CAD domains
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical product functionality into clear, customer-centric messaging and value propositions
• Broad expertise across marketing competencies including digital, social, web, and account-based marketing
• Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills with a track record of executing complex, global campaigns
• Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategy development
• Excellent English proficiency and outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Advanced degrees (MS, MBA) or Product Marketing Alliance Certification are a plus
