This role involves transforming complex partner requirements into innovative thermal hardware, managing concepts through testing, and promoting advanced computational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Turns complex partner requirements into original, simulation-backed thermal hardware
• Owns concepts through testing while challenging conventional architectures
• Accelerates invention with advanced computational workflows

Skills

• PhD in engineering
• Advanced degree in thermal, mechanical, or fluid systems
• 5+ years designing heat exchangers or cooling hardware
• Builds first-principles thermal models in Python, MATLAB, or EES
• Strong CFD expertise with conjugate and multiphase simulations
• Experience validating designs through physical testing and data
• Designed parts for metal additive manufacturing processes
• Experience with liquid cooling or high-density thermal systems
• Familiarity with generative or topology optimization tools
• Worked with suppliers to deliver production-ready hardware
• Startup experience delivering complex hardware quickly
