They are seeking a Senior Director of Engineering for Consumer AI to define and execute the company's AI strategy, focusing on delivering secure and reliable AI-powered products while building the necessary organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define Consumer AI Strategy
• Partner with Product and Executive Leadership to identify the highest-value AI opportunities across the consumer business
• Build AI Capabilities
• Establish the teams, operating models, and technical foundations required to build and scale AI-powered experiences
• Deliver Trustworthy AI Products
• Ensure AI-powered experiences are secure, reliable, privacy-preserving, explainable, and aligned with customer expectations
• Develop Leaders
• Recruit, coach, and develop engineering leaders capable of operating in a rapidly evolving AI landscape
• Drive Cross-Functional Alignment
• Partner with Security, Privacy, Legal, Design, Product, and GTM teams to align priorities and execution
• Shape Long-Term Strategy
• Help define how AI contributes to 1Password's long-term product and business strategy
