They are seeking a hands-on DTC Growth Manager to own and scale the revenue engine through strategic growth initiatives and execution.

Responsibilities

• Growth strategy and execution across acquisition, CRO, offers, lifecycle, and funnel optimization
• Paid media strategy across Meta and Google, while managing agency partners
• Landing pages, quiz funnels, checkout, subscription offers, pricing, and testing roadmaps
• Creative briefing, creative performance, messaging, and customer insights
• Lifecycle and retention strategy across email/SMS and subscription growth
• Website optimization, SEO opportunities, and broader eCommerce performance
• AI-enabled workflows and tools to help the team move faster and smarter

Skills

• Proven experience scaling US-based DTC/eCommerce brands
• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify, Meta, Google Ads, CRO, funnels, and lifecycle
• Experience with tracking/attribution tools like Hyros or similar
• Strong creative instincts and a clear point of view on what content is working right now
• AI fluency — ideally using tools like Claude or similar to improve speed and output
• High ownership, high energy, and the ability to execute without waiting for perfect direction
• Experience in a fast-moving team under 50 people is a strong plus
• Consumer health, wellness, telehealth, subscription, or regulated category experience is a plus
