Role Overview Forging Paths Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote School-Based Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Saint Peters, Pennsylvania. In this full-time role, you will provide vital mental health support to students in a remote school setting, helping them navigate personal challenges and achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions via remote platforms.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive environment for students.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Offer crisis intervention and support to students facing immediate challenges.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss student outcomes and share best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current LCSW licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in school-based or child and family mental health settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
