Role Overview Join Breakaway Mental Health Clinic as a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). This full-time remote position focuses on providing essential mental health support within a school setting in Powell, Wyoming. Our mission is to foster a nurturing environment for students, helping them cope with emotional and psychological challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions in collaboration with educational staff.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Engage with parents and guardians to support student mental health needs.
• Collaborate with school personnel to promote mental health awareness and resources.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and treatment.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of Wyoming.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health or educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
