Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vitality Group Inc. is seeking a Sales Director for their Mid-Market Team. This full-time remote role is responsible for leading the sales process and expanding the company's presence within the mid-market employer segment.

Responsibilities

• Leading and expanding Vitality’s presence within the mid-market employer segment
• Engaging the end-to-end sales process
• Prospecting
• Qualifying leads
• Developing proposals
• Presentations
• Handling follow up questions
• Working through contracting
• Closing new business with employers and strategic partners
• Managing multiple state region
• Outreach to key stakeholders and consultants
• Providing product updates
• Supporting key prospect presentations
• Maintaining strong relationships in the consultant community

Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Business Development, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing complex deals
• Experience in Sales Operations, with skills in forecasting, CRM usage, reporting, and process optimization
• Strong Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on relationship-building, client satisfaction, and retention
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and accountability
• Positive attitude & desire to improve the lives of others a must have
• Must have the ability to travel when needed a position will encompass covering a multi-state region
• Background in working with mid-market employers within health, wellness, benefits, or insurance industries is highly beneficial
