The role involves owning revenue targets, developing sales strategies, and leading a sales team in various sectors including warehousing and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow sales revenue across new and existing accounts
• Build and execute the territory/market sales strategy
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team (reps, territory managers)
• Manage the full sales cycle, from pipeline development through close
• Partner with aftermarket, parts, and service teams to drive total account value
• Build long-term relationships with fleet buyers and key decision-makers
• Forecast accurately and report on pipeline, margin, and performance

Skills

• Proven sales experience in the forklift / lift truck / material handling industry
• Track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
• Sales leadership or team management experience
• Strong pipeline, forecasting, and account-management skills
• Willingness to travel; open to relocation
• Familiarity with major OEMs and their dealer networks — Hyster-Yale, Crown Equipment, Toyota, Raymond, or comparable manufacturers
