They are seeking a Product Designer to help design a volunteer and people management platform that enhances user experience and engagement for volunteers, mentors, tutors, and alumni.

Responsibilities

• Help design an innovative volunteer and people management and engagement platform
• Shape the user experience, accessibility and engagement of a system that will support volunteers, mentors, tutors and alumni
• Influence the design of a product that will become the central hub for managing and engaging our team members
• Work closely with the Founder and developers to help translate ideas and requirements into intuitive, accessible and engaging user experiences

Skills

• Experience in Product Design, UX Design, Service Design or Digital Experience Design
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles
• Experience designing digital products, platforms or internal systems
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and user journeys
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes and user flows
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma
• Experience designing HR, volunteer management, CRM or community platforms
• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience designing gamification, engagement or recognition systems
