They are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to manage IT initiatives, support enterprise application operations, and lead Azure modernization efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT projects including planning, execution, status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
• Provide day-to-day support for websites, applications, and databases
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise applications and systems
• Support Level 2 issue resolution for application, database, and website-related incidents
• Manage vendor contracts, subscriptions, and professional services
• Conduct assessments of storage environments, database systems, and legacy applications
• Analyze performance, scalability, dependencies, and modernization opportunities
• Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into technical recommendations
• Design and support Azure modernization strategies, including migration planning and future-state architecture
• Perform testing across applications, databases, and websites
• Support chatbot implementation and AI-driven document processing initiatives
• Provide knowledge transfer and collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management
• Experience in IT application support and operational management
• 2+ years of experience supporting or administering Microsoft Azure environments
• 2+ years of experience in data storage optimization
• 2+ years of experience in database analysis
• 2+ years of experience in Azure modernization
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server support and troubleshooting
• Experience with ShareFile, Tableau, Drupal, Acquia, and OnContact
• Azure Administrator certification preferred
• Experience with Azure Databricks, PySpark, and Spark SQL
• Knowledge of Azure AI Search, RAG, LLMs, and chatbot implementation
• Experience with vector databases like Pinecone or Weaviate
• Familiarity with LangChain or Semantic Kernel
