[Remote] Inside Sales Specialist (Fully Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Venture Home is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their remote sales team. This role focuses on outbound performance and closing deals, where the representative will educate homeowners on solar benefits, qualify leads, and schedule consultations for the outside sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Calling and educating homeowners on the benefits of solar
  • Qualifying them
  • Scheduling free consultations for the outside sales team

Skills

  • Proven track record: Minimum of 2 years of outbound calling experience
  • Tech savvy + strong computer skills
  • Must have a sales mentality and be a strong confident closer
  • Ability to perform in a remote environment and be held accountable for personal performance
  • Exceptional listening and speaking skills with a persistent, yet friendly, phone presence
  • Strong time management and multitasking ability
  • Reliable work ethic
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is strongly preferred
