They are seeking a Healthcare Compliance Specialist to support clients with CARF survey preparation, HRSA reporting, and regulatory compliance in various areas.

Responsibilities

• CARF survey preparation for client systems
• HRSA grantee reporting and compliance review
• Medicaid SPA mechanics and state plan amendment work
• CMS Conditions of Participation gap analysis
• 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality protocol design
• Clinical supervision regulatory compliance audits

Skills

• BH compliance specialists with one or more of: former CARF surveyor experience, HRSA program officer background, Medicaid SPA practitioner work, CMS CoP review work, or 5+ years senior compliance at a CMHC/FQHC/IDD agency
• Comfortable working across state regulatory frameworks in NC, SC, GA, TN, FL
• CHC, CCS-P, or equivalent credential preferred
