Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify federal and foundation grants TWF is eligible for
• Lead grant proposal writing and submission
• Coordinate with TWF leadership on program design and budget
• Manage grantee reporting cycles post-award
• Build the grant pipeline tracker as the firm's non-dilutive capital memory

Skills

• Grant writers with documented federal and foundation grant track record
• Former federal program officers (HRSA, SAMHSA), foundation program officers (RWJF, Annie E. Casey, Conrad Hilton), or boutique grant consulting firm operators
• You have written grants that were awarded, not just submitted
• Behavioral health, workforce development, healthcare workforce, or MBE-focused grant experience strongly preferred
