Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Zazu Digital Talent is conducting a confidential search for a Head of Growth for a profitable consumer brand. The role involves owning the full DTC P&L, leading paid acquisition strategies, and building a team to drive significant revenue growth through various digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Own the full DTC P&L end to end
• Lead paid acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube and TikTok Ads
• Manage lifecycle and retention strategies including email, SMS, subscription, and post-purchase
• Oversee CRO across the site
• Develop creative strategy with an in-house content team producing viral TikTok content
• Build and lead a team under your direction

Skills

• You've personally led DTC growth at a consumer brand and taken at least one P&L past seven figures a month
• Consumables, beverage, beauty, wellness — anything with subscription and creative testing transfers cleanly
• You're a builder, not an inheritor
• A blank Shopify excites you
• You're hands-on
• You hire and lead
• You hold agencies to a standard
• You have a real point of view on attribution beyond what the ad platforms tell you
• Direct supplements or wellness experience is a plus, not a requirement
• AI fluency in your marketing stack is the same
