The role involves owning client relationships and providing comprehensive retirement and wealth planning, while working closely with a founder dedicated to the advisor's growth.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships from first meeting through comprehensive retirement and wealth planning
• Serve households who already know who we are and showed up to learn more
• Work directly with a Founder invested in your growth — not a manager reviewing a pipeline
• Operate within a team with real systems and processes that work
• Build your financial future alongside your clients' — base salary + permanent revenue percentage

Skills

• 2+ years in financial services
• Hungry enough that a warm room full of people who want help makes you lean in, not coast
• You do right by clients — it's the only way you know how to operate
• You understand trust is the only thing that compounds forever
• Series 65/66 and Life Insurance licenses (for the right candidate, we'll help you get there)
