Cygnus Professionals Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a high-impact digital transformation program with a leading global pharmaceutical company. The role involves leading complex projects in a regulated environment, managing project plans, and driving collaboration across various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects in a regulated GxP environment
• Drive collaboration across Business, IT & external vendors
• Manage project plans, roadmaps, releases, risks & stakeholder communications
• Lead requirements, enhancements & delivery through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Oversee ServiceMax / Field Service rollouts, including iPad Mobile Forms & DocuSign integrations

Skills

• 10+ years of Project Management experience in Healthcare/Life Sciences
• Strong knowledge of GxP, SDLC, Software Validation, Release Management & DevOps
• Hands-on with Jira, HP ALM (or similar ALM tools)
• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management & leadership skills
• Experience with ServiceMax and/or Field Service is highly preferred
• PMP (or equivalent) preferred
