[Remote] Facilities Systems Administrator

They are seeking a Facilities Systems Administrator to oversee Archibus administration, user support, and data management to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Archibus administration and support
- Data integrity| auditing| and validation
- User support| training| and documentation
- Occupancy and space management
- Work order and service request management
- Requirements gathering and testing of system enhancements
- Coordination with IT and vendors on system improvement
- Reporting and operational data analysis
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both business users and technical teams
- SQL or data querying experience
- Experience administering Archibus or a similar IWMS/CAFM platform (TRIRIGA| Planon| FM| etc.)
- Experience supporting Facilities| Corporate Real Estate| Workplace Services| or Space Planning organizations
- Strong understanding of occupancy management| space data| floor plans| and workplace operations
- Experience with AutoCAD and floor plan management preferred
- Experience gathering business requirements| conducting UAT| and supporting system implementations
