The Director of Finance will lead core accounting operations, manage financial reporting, and strengthen financial processes while working closely with senior finance leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead core accounting operations, including financial reporting, close process, and internal controls
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financials
• Manage and develop a small team supporting accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Improve cash flow visibility, working capital management, and financial processes
• Support external audits and maintain strong compliance standards
• Assist with integration and financial reporting across a growing, multi-entity structure
• Partner cross-functionally to improve reporting, systems, and operational insights
• Contribute to system enhancements, automation, and data integrity

Skills

• 5–8+ years of experience in public accounting and/or corporate finance
• CPA required
• Strong technical accounting foundation
• Experience supporting audits and financial reporting
• Exposure to multi-entity or high-growth environments
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced setting
• Systems mindset with experience working in modern ERP environments
