The role involves engaging with both new and experienced real estate professionals to demonstrate how the brokerage can enhance their productivity and profitability, all while providing full training and a proven recruitment strategy.

Responsibilities

• Introduce Realtors to a fast growing real estate brokerage
• Inbound agent recruiting efforts (no cold calling)
• Contact potential Real Estate Agents to communicate the benefits of joining our team
• Explain our value proposition over zoom to Agents, showing how we can help them sell more homes and achieve work-life balance
• Schedule and hold potential agent recruitment appointments and maintain recruiting records as needed

Skills

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Excellent computer skills including experience with a CRM system or database to build and maintain pipeline
• Present yourself and our brokerage in a way that exudes class and confidence
