Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join a growing Life Sciences Talent Acquisition team. The Corporate Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and engage top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment activities for entry-level to mid-level positions within life sciences, quality, manufacturing, clinical, regulatory, and corporate functions
• Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, and university partnerships
• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Draft and post job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms
• Communicate regularly with candidates regarding application status and next steps
• Support offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding activities

Skills

• 0-2 years of experience working in HR, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or related field
• Must have previous hands on recruiting experience
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field
• Life science/clinical research recruiting experience preferred, not required
