The role involves handling all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, and trials, with a focus on representing defendants in significant exposure cases.

Responsibilities

• Strong research and writing skills
• Experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery
• Handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials

Skills

• Strong research and writing skills
• At least one (1) to seven (7) years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery
• Experience handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required
• Admission to the New York and/or Pennsylvania Bars is a plus
• Some insurance defense experience
• Some experience in professional liability law
