Ashley Digital is the e-commerce engine behind Ashley Furniture Industries, seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to build and optimize their affiliate program. This role involves managing affiliate partnerships, driving revenue through performance-based strategies, and leveraging data analytics to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day to day management of the affiliate program across all channels and platforms
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding and developing relationships with with high-quality affiliate partners
• Monitor affiliate activity, enforce compliance, and maintain the integrity of the program
• Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics
• Use data insights to identify growth opportunities
• Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to senior leadership
• Develop and execute strategies to expand the affiliate network and grow program revenue
• Manage affiliate marketing software, tracking platforms, and third-party networks
• Ensure all partner-facing materials are on-brand, up-to-date, and compliant with guidelines
• Support affiliates with resources, training, and best practices to maximize their performance

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Proven track record of managing and scaling affiliate programs with measurable results
• Strong understanding of affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Rakuten)
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable, with the ability to transform complex data into clear, decision-ready insights
