Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Engineer at careerzynith, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our data analytics and science platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy scalable and secure data solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of data-driven innovation and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and coach a team of data engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support in the development of data analytics and science solutions

• Collaborate with data scientists, business analysts, and other stakeholders to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs
• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure data pipelines, architectures, and infrastructure
• Work with cloud-based technologies such as ADLS, Purplish blue Databricks, Flash, Purplish blue Neural connection, Universe DB, DBT, and other large data innovations
• Design and implement data models, data warehouses, and data lakes using Lakehouse design standards
• Develop and maintain data visualization tools and dashboards using Power BI, Scene, or similar tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their relevance to careerzynith's business needs
• Develop and maintain documentation for data analytics and science processes, data models, and data warehouses

Essential Qualifications

* 15+ years of experience in data analytics and science, with a strong background in data engineering and architecture

• 5+ years of experience in leadership or senior roles, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams
• 5+ years of experience working with cloud-based technologies, including ADLS, Purplish blue Databricks, Flash, Purplish blue Neural connection, Universe DB, DBT, and other large data innovations
• Strong expertise in data representation tools, such as Power BI, Scene, or similar tools
• High-level SQL skills, with a strong understanding of social databases and business data capacity
• Experience managing high-volume and high-speed data streams, and planning frameworks that can handle the demands of real-time or near-real-time analysis
• Experience in molding the essential vision for data analytics and science drives within an organization
• Effective management of data analytics projects, including planning, execution, and delivery
• Proven ability to drive growth, adapt to emerging technologies, and execute industry best practices

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Informatics, Data Science, or related technical discipline

• Relevant industry certifications are a plus
• Experience in retail, manufacturing, e-commerce, or supply chain industries

* Competitive salary range: $160,000 - $230,000
