About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-lasting relationships with clients. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service that will solidify these accounts as lifetime customers. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success.

Key Responsibilities

* Close clients in the new market as assigned

• Develop and execute stakeholder outreach via email campaigns, cold calls, and potential walk-ins
• Cultivate prospects into customers through regular follow-up and contact
• Onboard existing clients' locations information
• Document all stakeholder interactions into CRM
• Work closely with your team to provide exceptional customer service that will solidify these accounts as lifetime customers
• Be responsible for the early-stage growth and establishing critical client relationships
• Play a critical role in establishing our company in your location by prospecting and closing clients
• Ensure recruiting pipeline is aligned with sales pipeline
• Network actively to expand presence in the market

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in sales or customer service

• Strong analytical and competitive skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Coachable and open to changes as we are constantly improving our processes
