You'll get to work with cutting‑edge technology, collaborate with industry-leading manufacturers, and be the trusted expert customers rely on to keep their systems running flawlessly.What You'll DoPrepare and Execute Assigned Support TicketsPrepare all necessary programs, tools, and documentation to troubleshoot entire systems.Perform preliminary troubleshooting of system to determine root cause of problem.
