About the Role:

As a Customer Support Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with soft drink fountain machines and other equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent degree

  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., technical, business, or customer service)

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical services
  • Knowledge of soft drink fountain machines and other equipment
