Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Executing requests to update and maintain client account records in our center of excellence in data management systems
• Troubleshooting and resolving record problems in a timely and efficient manner
• Providing exceptional customer support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and develop new processes
• Assisting in the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects, including defining, developing, documenting, and executing multiple related tasks

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Working knowledge of relational databases and enterprise-wide system interfaces
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in resolving technical issues and developing new processes
• Ability to assist in the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects, including defining, developing, documenting, and executing multiple related tasks

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration

• Experience working in a data management or customer support role
• Certification in data management or a related field
• Familiarity with careerzynith's data management systems and processes
