The role involves acting as a subject matter expert in the Cloud HCM product, interacting with global teams to integrate Oracle technologies for business impact.

Responsibilities

• Candidate should have Broad IT expertise in Implementation, design, development, delivery and support for Fusion Cloud
• Should have 8 plus years overall experience with both hands-on Oracle development and team leadership
• Should have 3+ years of Hands-on Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
• Should be Subject matter expertise within the HCM Data Domain with experience on Conversions, Integrations, Fast Formulas, Reports, Workflows, Security)
• Should have working knowledge of Agile best practices and experience in onsite–offshore project team models

Skills

• Experience in Fast Formulas, HCM Data Loader and Custom Role Development and Cloud System Administration services
• Experience in Extending Cloud/EBS through the personalization layer
