Executive Assistant (EA) – Part-time (20h/week) Remote (EST or ART Timezone) Linear Agency Group is a fast-growing performance marketing agency that creates high-converting ad creatives and manages paid media campaigns for some of the world’s fastest-growing eCommerce brands. We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and positive Junior Executive Assistant to support our co-founders and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a fully remote, full-time role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys helping others stay organized, and has excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish. What You’ll Do Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling Help organize tasks, reminders, and priorities for the founders Assist with inbox and email management Support with administrative tasks and internal coordination Help book travel, restaurants, appointments, and personal arrangements Take meeting notes and organize follow-ups/action items Assist with documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and company processes Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members professionally Help keep everything structured, organized, and moving forward What We’re Looking For Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) — this is a must Extremely organized and detail-oriented Positive attitude and easy to work with Strong sense of responsibility and follow-through Comfortable multitasking and handling different types of tasks Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Coordinator, or similar support role Experience with tools like Google Calendar, Gmail, Slack, ClickUp, Notion, or Asana Experience supporting founders, managers, or remote teams Why Join Us?
