Role: Program Manager Industry: Capital Markets Location: US (flexible) Contract: Initial 4-month (scope to extend) Rate: $1,000-1,300/day X4 Group are partnered with a leading global financial institution seeking an experienced Program Manager to spearhead a strategic transformation programme. You'll lead the design and mobilisation of new Futures Commission Merchant capability, driving the TOM and setting the direction for a major clearing capability. Working closely with senior stakeholders, external partners and regulatory bodies, you'll drive the programme strategy, planning, workshops, stakeholder alignment, governance, delivery and outputs that will underpin the implementation. This is a highly visible role requiring strong capital markets experience, excellent stakeholder management and a proven track record delivering complex transformation programmes within broker-dealer, derivatives or post-trade environments. Requirements for the Contract Program Manager (Capital Markets)

• Transformational Leadership:

Proven track record of spearheading large-scale change within Capital Markets and Investment Banking, including building or transforming FCM businesses.

• Deep Domain Expertise:

Subject matter expert in broker-dealers, swap dealers and cleared derivatives.

• End-to-End Execution:

Architect of TOMs, regulatory adaptation and post-trade infrastructure (clearing, margining, collateral).

• C-Suite & Stakeholder Engagement:
