We are seeking an additional team member to join our Credit Review and Loan Compliance area, with a specific emphasis on commercial lending, including commercial real estate (CRE), construction loans, and overall commercial credit review processes. Expertise in residential and consumer lending is also useful. This role also requires a strong foundation in lending regulations and loan compliance, as well as the ability to navigate the complexities of both residential and commercial lending markets. Most audits are conducted remotely, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements. Any additional familiarity with commercial lending would be further beneficial. · Individuals who are organized and can deliver quality product on a timely basis within set, tight timelines. · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Given the nature of our work, interpersonal skills are critical, both in-person as well as on a remote basis. Qualifications & Experience Required 2+ years of experience as either a credit review auditor or credit officer 2+ years of experience working in community banks, regional banks or large credit unions Working knowledge of lending compliance regulations Excellent interpersonal communication skills working remotely or onsite Clear, concise report writing skills Background in internal audit, risk advisory, consulting, or professional services Understanding of regulatory environment (FFIEC, FDIC, OCC, NCUA, CFPB)
