They are seeking a Workers Compensation Litigation Associate to manage a range of cases, particularly defending employers and insurers against employment-related litigation, while engaging in all phases of litigation.

• Proactively manage communications with clients throughout the course of litigation

• 1+ year of workers' compensation experience is preferred but not required
