Responsibilities

• Actively involved in all phases of written discovery, research and case analysis, depositions, handling court appearances, and briefing and motion practice in state and federal court

Skills

• Admittance to the Illinois bar
• 1-4 years of experience in civil litigation is required
• Previous experience in the transportation industry and/or defending personal injury, property damage or subrogation claims is preferred
