  Affirm Insured is seeking experienced and Licensed Medicare Sales Agents to join our dynamic remote team! As a part of Affirm Insured, you will help customers make informed Medicare healthcare decisions by expertly matching them with the optimal products and services. You will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience and maintaining the highest level of integrity while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals. As a Medicare Agent, you'll have the freedom to set your own schedule, work remotely, and earn substantial income. The Impact You Will Make:  Drive sales and revenue by assisting customers in making healthcare decisions over the phone.  Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance goals.  Complete transactional sales through closing.  Adhere to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicare Marketing Guidelines and company policies and procedures.  Make outbound calls to follow up and close business.  Perform other duties and projects as assigned. What You Bring:  MUST CURRENTLY HOLD AN ACTIVE HEALTH INSURANCE LICENSE.  Experience selling Medicare Advantage & Medicare Supplement/Medigap is preferred.  Experience selling individual and/or senior insurance products via the telephone.  Excellent computer software skills (e.g., Word, Excel, Project, and Internet skills).  Strong communication skills.  High school diploma required.  Call center experience preferred.  Must be flexible with hours, including possible weekends.  Overtime, including weekends, may be required during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).
