This is a volunteer opportunity provided by Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit creating social change through pro bono connections. We'd like to connect with a skilled volunteer who can help us prioritize a list of prospective individual donors and potential board candidates with short profiles summarizing relevant background, giving/philanthropic indicators, and suggested next steps. This work will strengthen the Foundation’s fundraising and governance capacity, helping secure funding and leadership to expand access to life‑saving cleft and craniofacial care for infants. Volunteers’ research will directly support program reach, partnerships, and long‑term sustainability. Through this project, your support will allow us to recruit the right team for long-term that would be able to scale our mission and vision and be able to reach successful outcomes in bridging the gap of cleft care.
