Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the NoGigiddy team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents. Assist with project coordination and ensure the timely completion of tasks and deadlines. Coordinate and oversee virtual events, webinars, and training sessions. Respond to emails and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases. Manage and organize files and documents in both physical and digital formats. Conduct research and gather information as directed. Assist with special projects and ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace. Ability to work independently and take initiative while also collaborating effectively as part of a team. Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
