Job Description: At Job Duck, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Bilingual Pre Litigation Legal Assistant to support a busy personal injury legal team in a fully remote environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, building strong client relationships, and managing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service. You will play an important part in keeping cases moving forward, assisting with case administration, client communication, record collection, and legal documentation. The right candidate thrives in a fast paced setting, learns quickly, takes initiative, and is comfortable asking questions to ensure accuracy and efficiency. • Compensation Range: 1,150 to 1,220 USD/month

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with attorneys and legal team members to ensure efficient case management
• Request, organize, and maintain medical records and supporting documentation
• Draft correspondence and legal support documents
• Support lien tracking and documentation processes
• Assist with case file management and document organization
• Follow up with clients, providers, insurance companies, and other parties as needed
• Provide administrative and legal support for pre litigation personal injury cases

Requirements:

• Experience using Filevine or similar legal case management software preferred
• Proficiency with email, calendars, and standard office technology
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned work
• Personal injury legal support experience
• Attention to detail
