Ven Soft LLC is seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. The role involves requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and support of the Oracle Payroll module.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Payroll
• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, elements, balances, fast formulas, and payroll processes
• Work with HR, Finance, and IT teams to implement payroll solutions
• Support Payroll integrations with other systems
• Participate in SIT, UAT, and Payroll parallel runs
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide functional support
• Prepare functional documents and training materials
• Support production payroll and post-go-live activities

Skills

• 15+ years of Oracle HCM experience
• Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
• Experience in Payroll configuration, Fast Formulas, Elements, and Balances
• Experience in implementation or support projects
• Good understanding of HR and Payroll business processes
• Experience with integrations and data migration
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification
• Experience with Core HR, Benefits, Time & Labor
• Good communication and client-facing skills
