Selling the program is a crucial part of this job as well. Candidates with strong communication skills who can convey benefits and find our customers' motivations for their inquiry are invaluable to the success of the gym. Coaching experience and working with groups of children is a benefit but not required. If you love children, we can teach you how to teach them.
