Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Financial Technology Lead to serve as a strategic partner to our Finance organization by driving technology adoption, AI innovation, and Treasury forecasting. This role combines financial expertise with emerging technologies to improve business processes, increase operational efficiency, and deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the Finance organization by driving technology adoption, AI innovation, and Treasury forecasting
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Learning & Development, and enterprise leaders to identify opportunities for automation, enhance financial reporting, and champion technology solutions that create measurable business value

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Experience supporting Finance, Treasury, Financial Systems, or Business Intelligence functions
• Demonstrated experience leveraging technology to improve business processes
• Experience developing financial models, forecasting, and analyzing business performance
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Automate, or similar enterprise technologies
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data interpretation skills
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across multiple business functions
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Intellectual curiosity and passion for emerging technologies
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into practical business solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
