Key Responsibilities

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in Canada.
• * Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• * Experience in telehealth nursing or telemedicine is a plus, but not required.
• * Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain medical concepts in simple terms.
• * Comfortable using technology for virtual consultations and electronic health record documentation.
• * Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload efficiently.
• * Empathetic and patient-focused approach to care, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality service.
• * Knowledge of Canadian healthcare regulations, including privacy laws (HIPAA, PIPEDA).
• * BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Experience
• * At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with a preference for those with telehealth or telephone triage experience.
• * Experience in managing a caseload and providing remote patient support.
• * Knowledge of telemedicine platforms or telehealth tools is advantageous but can be taught on the job.
• Working Hours
• * Full-time and part-time positions available.
• * Shifts may include evenings and weekends, depending on patient needs and scheduling.
