## Who We're Hiring We are looking for evaluators with a background in

Sports Analytics, Data Analysis, Sports Management, Statistics, or related fields.

This role is ideal for professionals who have: - 2–3 years of professional experience in sports analytics, performance analysis, sports data research, or related roles - Experience working with player statistics, advanced metrics, and performance indicators - Familiarity with team performance data, win-loss trends, and efficiency metrics - Experience in analysing league standings, rankings, and seasonal comparisons - Hands-on exposure to historical sports records and longitudinal performance data - Experience interpreting game analytics such as play-by-play data, predictive models, or advanced statistical metrics - Experience sourcing and validating sports datasets, statistical tables, and historical records from credible public sources - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent written communication skills - Comfort working independently and asynchronously

• *Educational Background:**

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sports Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Sports Management, Economics, or a related field

## Key Responsibilities - Evaluate agent-generated research reports for accuracy, relevance, data integrity, and clarity - Assess insights derived from player statistics, team metrics, and game analytics - Verify statistical tables, historical records, and league data using reputable public sources - Identify inconsistencies in performance analysis, comparative metrics, and trend interpretations - Work independently to complete evaluations within deadlines - Maintain consistency and precision across all assigned tasks
