We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our US-focused team, supporting clients primarily based in the United States. This is a senior, hands-on role where you're trusted to lead, improve, and modernize, not just keep systems running. You'll work across Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization, and emerging tools like Microsoft Copilot to deliver smarter, more secure environments that drive real business outcomes. This role requires working US business hours and being open to dynamic shifts, including occasional weekend work, depending on client needs.

What You'll Do

Design and implement cloud, infrastructure, security, and modernization projects Deliver proactive and reactive support across Netsurit's client base Perform infrastructure and security assessments with clear recommendations Build and maintain high-quality client documentation Own and contribute to: Incident Management Problem Management Service Requests Change Management Apply ITIL and ITSM best practices You'll work extensively with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Microsoft Azure VMware and Hyper-V Identity, security, backup, and resilience solutions You'll design, support, and troubleshoot TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, switches, and routers Secure hybrid and cloud environments Ransomware and malware protection strategies

What We're Looking For
