The Opportunity: The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for executing full-cycle recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for the organization. This role serves as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, providing guidance to hiring managers, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The position requires advanced knowledge of recruitment practices and the ability to handle complex hiring needs with minimal supervision. Sources, screens, and evaluates candidates for a variety of roles using multiple recruitment channels. Partners with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Conducts interviews and facilitates selection processes in alignment with organizational standards. Coordinates offer process, including negotiation and communication with candidates, ensuring compliance with policies.
