Behavioral Science & Adoption Strategy Consultant (Full-Time, Remote) Join a high-impact advanced analytics function at a global, innovation-driven organization focused on transforming how data, AI, and insights drive business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of behavioral science, analytics, and strategy-helping translate sophisticated capabilities into real-world adoption and measurable impact across commercial and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of behavioral science-informed adoption strategies that drive engagement, utilization, and sustained behavior change across AI, analytics, and enterprise initiatives.
• Apply behavioral economics, decision science, and customer insight frameworks to influence stakeholder actions, including field teams, leadership, and end users.
• Partner cross-functionally with analytics, commercial, product, and operations teams to embed behavior-change principles into program design and execution.
• Develop and test interventions that improve adherence to recommended actions, optimize incentive structures, and enhance decision-making outcomes.
• Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable strategies that increase stakeholder understanding and adoption.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative research methods to identify behavioral barriers and opportunities across target user groups.
• Define and track success metrics tied to engagement, adoption, and behavioral outcomes, continuously optimizing strategies based on results.
• Support change management efforts through targeted communications, nudges, and engagement frameworks that align with business objectives.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience applying behavioral science, behavioral economics, or decision science within healthcare, life sciences, or similarly complex, regulated environments.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing behavior change strategies that drive measurable improvements in engagement, adoption, and program effectiveness.
• Deep experience influencing behaviors across stakeholders such as healthcare professionals, patients, sales organizations, or internal enterprise teams.
• Strong foundation in customer insights, market research, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working within consulting environments or specialized behavioral science teams supporting commercial excellence or transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in cross-functional environments and translate strategy into execution with practical, scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with AI-driven programs and the unique adoption challenges associated with advanced analytics and digital transformation initiatives.
• Preferred background in life sciences, healthcare delivery, public health, or closely related industries.
