Supply Chain Analytics & Planner

Remote · South Africa Full-time

Drive alignment amongst XFN teams (Planning, Sourcing & Finance) on securing required funding/budgeting to support business operations in the delivery of critical equipment globally. Own management, orchestration and triaging of systems/processes associated with order execution, change order management and invoicing. Partner with cross-functional teams on road mapping to enable tooling or process automation/efficiency both internally and externally with suppliers. This includes developing business requirements, working with XFN on solution design, testing, change management, launch and sustainment. Lead metrics & reporting enablement. This includes deep-dive insight gathering, reporting, diagnosis across On Time Delivery, Supplier Supply Commit accuracy, On Time PO execution, etc. Partner with Sourcing to ensure product catalogs/price lists & lead times are accurate. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4+ years of industry experience in a technical or business-related field. 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or adjacent domains. Experience working in an analytical and results focused role. Experience in improving business processes. Experience working and demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders and business partners.
