The Role We are seeking an experienced Account Executive (AE) to drive net new revenue and expand existing business within independent auto repair shops, small chains, and locally owned multi-location operators. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume, consultative sales environments, understands the automotive aftermarket or vertical SaaS space, and excels at building trusted relationships with owner-operators and small business leaders. As an Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, helping shop owners modernize their operations with solutions tailored to their day-to-day business needs. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver value-driven solutions that improve shop performance and profitability. What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive full-cycle sales processes across a high-volume pipeline, from lead to close Prospect and build relationships with shop owners, operators, and regional decision-makers within small chains Conduct discovery and consultative conversations to understand operational workflows, business challenges, and growth goals of independent repair shops Deliver tailored product demonstrations that clearly connect platform value to real-world shop outcomes (efficiency, revenue, customer experience) Manage pipeline and forecast accurately using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) Negotiate and close deals in shorter sales cycles with a focus on speed, value clarity, and customer fit Partner closely with Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and early customer success Attend local and regional industry events to build relationships and stay connected to market trends Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer insights and field experience

Qualifications

Required: 3-5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in Enterprise SaaS, ideally within vertical software or auto aftermarket/repair space Experience selling to small business owners or operators, with the ability to tailor conversations to varying levels of business sophistication Strong consultative selling and discovery skills with a focus on practical business outcomes Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement platforms, and sales forecasting Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Preferred: Knowledge of the independent automotive repair industry or shop management solutions Experience selling into independent shops, small chains, or franchisees Comfortable engaging directly with owner-operators and influencing purchasing decisions at the local level Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
